How do I know how many hours to schedule for?When you call for your free quote, our representative will ask questions about your home or trailer size. The details you provide about your individual move will help us better determine the time required. Keep in mind that every move is different, and obstacles such as stairs or long walking distances may increase the time needed. If you need assistance determining a truck or storage unit size before your scheduled move, one of your expert crew members can visit your home for a free quote (must be located within the Wichita Metropolitan area).

How many days in advance should I schedule my move?A move can be schedule at any time. However, in Kansas, the peak season is between April to September. We suggest you schedule your appointment at least 3-5 in advance to ensure the time/date slot that best fits your needs. Same day and next day moves may be scheduled but are subject to additional fees depending on availability.

Do you offer full service moves?We are a Loading/Unloading labor company only. For liability purposes our crews are not allowed to pack/unpack or assemble/disassemble any of your belongings. For similar reasons, we ask all our clients to rent their own trucks/trailers services. However, our crew members are trained to help you determine the size of truck or storage unit needed for your move. If you need assistance determining a truck or storage unit size before your scheduled move, one of your expert crew members can visit your home for a free quote (must be located within the Wichita Metropolitan area).
